AlkaWay Repair Policy

Email us for product repair and we will supply you with:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • A Product Repair & Service Sheet.

All Items sent back for repair must include:

  1. Proof of Purchase
  2. A completed & signed Product Repair & Service Sheet.
  3. A RA# clearly seen on the outside of the package**

** If a RA# is not clearly displayed o the outside of your package your unopened parcel will come back to you.

A condition of Warranty is that you MUST retain your Proof of Purchase. If no Proof of Purchase is provided then AlkaWay will not be able to fulfil the Warranty for your water ioniser.
